No, the certificates are kept unless specifically requested by a state.
4. Where Can I Find the Resale Certificate Form?
For your convenience, we provide copies of the reseller certificate forms for each state, and you can find the forms below. Some states accept a Multi-State Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate, while others have their own form.
*In order to fill out a reseller certificate form, you might need to apply for a reseller permit. You can obtain a reseller permit from your state, and in most states, you can apply for the certificate online for free.
5. I don’t have a reseller certificate and I resell on Market places—what should I do?
If you do not have a reseller certificate, please provide your State Tax ID (seller identification number). If you don’t have either a reseller certificate or a State Tax ID, please confirm your intent to resell the items and specify the sales platform you plan to use by writing a statement on the form above. Sign and upload the form above. For example:
“Purchasing for resale purposes on Poshmark, which handles the sales tax.”

Just added LA reseller certificate. Unfortunately, LA is not part of uniform reseller certificate form.
I live outside the US, can still purchase?
yes. Please note that regular lots are only shipped within 48 lower states. Small Wholesale Lots are shipped to US and Canada only. We can, ship to your freight forwarder in the US who will handle international shipping on your behalf. You need to confirm that you are shipping to a state without sales tax or internationally.
